In-stock orders ship within 5-7 business days, Monday thru Friday. We do not process orders on the weekend, so orders placed on Friday usually ship out on Monday afternoon. Orders placed on holidays will begin processing the next business day. No holiday delivery is available. Orders placed after 12:00pm EST are typically processed the following business day. You may also choose to upgrade to expedited delivery for an additional charge. You will be notified if there are any out of stock items and its expected receipt date. All orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS.
If you are purchasing grits, seeds or one of our signature apparel or accessory items as a gift, orders will be shipped via ground USPS or UPS regular domestic ground shipping unless otherwise requested for expedited delivery.
When your item has been shipped Barkley's Mill will send you an email confirming your shipment and provide you with your tracking number.
Barkley's Mill is not offering international shipping at this time.
Refused Shipments – If you decide to refuse any shipments from barkleysmill.com, as a customer you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to barkleysmill.com.
Packages can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to another address for domestic orders. Either option may be selected during your checkout process. Please make sure that the correct address corresponds to the designated billing and shipping areas on the form.
Due to the perishable nature of our organic and heirloom grits and seed products, we cannot ship to any PO Box address.
Barkley's Mill is not liable if an incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
